Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Check on guest satisfaction regularly and address any concerns immediately.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required (entry level friendly).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
