Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening/weekend shifts
- Resolve client inquiries and technical issues efficiently using our CRM platform
- Process orders, payments, and returns with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in ongoing virtual training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service or remote work experience

- Flexibility to cover rotating evening/weekend shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
