Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and VIP requests with discretion
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily shift reports
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accountability
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or high-end reception experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
