Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency during evening shifts
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries using our proprietary software
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring timely and courteous communication
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for facility-related requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and incident reports
- Assist with event coordination and VIP guest arrangements as needed
- Perform light administrative duties including filing and data entry
Qualifications
