Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all incoming guests and visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a warm and welcoming reception.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming calls with exceptional customer service skills; route messages promptly and accurately.
- Administrative Support: Manage the check-in process for employees and guests, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate logbooks.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access points, assist with keycard issuance, and ensure the security of the premises during evening hours.
- Mail & Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate departments.
- Office Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and organized reception area.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain digital records and visitor logs using office software.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business coursework is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an office setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with standard phone systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and capable of working independently during evening shifts.
- Professional Appearance: Must present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
