Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues
- Process orders and transactions with 100% accuracy
- Update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document interactions in detail for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM) Mon-Fri
