Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening hours (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Resolve technical issues and service requests with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our secure database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to our processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
