Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

- Reliable transportation is required for shift end times.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
