What You Will Do:
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone and email during evening shifts.

- Manage and update customer records accurately in our internal databases.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist in the implementation of new service protocols and training materials.
- Maintain a professional and positive environment for both clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client problems to find effective solutions.
- Document all interactions and transactions in compliance with company policy.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to senior management when necessary.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends, as required.
