Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, professional interactions
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during peak dinner hours
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
