Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests during evening check-ins and inquiries
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/out processes and room assignments
- Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain clean and organized common areas throughout the evening shift
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle basic administrative tasks including light paperwork and data entry
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during evening operations
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during evening shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 12 PM)
