Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to evening guests
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food/beverage items with attention to quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
