- Process transactions and update client information accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Adhere to company protocols and service standards at all times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
