Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance logs during off-peak hours to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients via secure channels.
- Perform routine security audits and data backups to maintain system integrity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the central knowledge base for evening shift handovers.
- Collaborate with remote teams during overlapping hours to address urgent escalations.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service, even late into the night.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in customer service, IT support, or operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup if applicable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
