Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of company hardware and software systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Process invoices, returns, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible evening hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
