Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Execute nightly closing procedures and report generation
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for evening guests
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) including weekends
