Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/out processes using our proprietary hospitality software
- Manage reservation systems and optimize evening room allocations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Upsell premium amenities and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Prepare evening reports and maintain comprehensive guest preference databases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume settings
- Proficiency with reservation management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including peak event periods
