Responsibilities

- Manage guest reservations and seating with precision
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service

- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving
- Support venue operations during peak evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service roles
- Valid Tennessee food handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
