Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm, professional service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary system
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS equipment accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and special requests during evening hours
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable evening availability
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
