- Handle cash transactions and payment processing with 100% accuracy
- Maintain pristine common areas and ensure all amenities are fully stocked
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless transition of responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Excellent communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington DC work permit if applicable
