Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with vendors and event managers for seamless operations
- Ensure venue safety and adherence to event protocols
- Assist with audiovisual equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event spaces
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid government-issued ID for venue access
- Reliable transportation to DC event locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures
