Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and support tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to deliver accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
