Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer tickets and messages during evening shifts with professionalism and empathy.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to our software or services.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Documentation: Create detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions for quality assurance purposes.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST) on a part-time basis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting skills.
