- Greet and assist customers via phone and email during evening shifts.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (Entry Level).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
