- Assist with inventory management and product merchandising during evening shifts
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor presentation standards
- Collaborate with evening team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Availability for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred

- Reliable transportation to Dallas location
