- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless customer handovers
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Qualifications
