Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening/weekend shifts
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Verify insurance eligibility and process billing documentation
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

Qualifications
