Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to company protocols
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service delivery skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic tech tools
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
