Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries during evening hours
- Process transactions efficiently using our POS system while maintaining accuracy

- Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising during quiet periods
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity

Qualifications
