Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Assist with community outreach programs during evening events
- Uphold company standards for data confidentiality and service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with basic office software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some evening events require travel)
- Availability for 3-4 shifts weekly, including some weekends for special events
