Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts
- Resolve billing and service issues with efficiency and empathy
- Update customer records in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
