Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvements
- Uphold company values and service excellence standards
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Availability to work 3-4 evenings weekly (minimum 15 hours)
