Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM (weekends required)
