Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical and billing issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to data security protocols and company policies
- Contribute to team performance metrics and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
- Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- Flexibility to work evenings including weekends (minimum 3 shifts per week)
