Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and store maintenance during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening operations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness across all customer-facing areas

Qualifications
