- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve product/service issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-team specialists to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to sales targets
- Maintain detailed transaction records and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Availability to work 3-4 evenings per week (including weekends)
