Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service complaints
- Process orders and transactions accurately using our CRM system
- Document all interactions in customer relationship management software
- Collaborate with day-shift team members for seamless handovers
- Meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous CRM software experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
