Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during peak evening hours.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist in organizing weekend events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (shifts typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
