Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company service standards.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and accurate information transfer.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote hybrid).
