Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening shift hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and technical problems with accuracy and empathy.

- Collaborate with the daytime support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

- Ability to work evenings, typically from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
