Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Los Angeles, CA.
