Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with product inquiries and order support.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Update customer records and resolve issues using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
