Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during evening hours
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless handover of critical issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Participate in weekend rotational coverage as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive independently during non-standard hours
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Flexible availability between 5 PM - 2 PM (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
