Responsibilities

- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless handovers
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Support beta testing sessions for new product features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm PST)
