Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for enterprise clients
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >95%)
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
