Your Role
As an Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a smooth handover of pending tasks.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
