- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and transactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Proficiency with computers and basic data entry tasks.
- Must be available to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
