Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to our Cleveland facility.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday evenings.
