Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests efficiently within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) with a professional telephone manner.
