Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Manage and update customer accounts and databases during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Assist in processing transactions and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations.

Qualifications
